We are experienced in dealing with white collar crime, and in representing younger clients in the Children’s Court. We regularly conduct appeals against both sentence and conviction. Our solicitors regularly visit every suburban Magistrates Court in Metropolitan Melbourne. We can also attend at Victorian country courts by arrangement. We have offices in the Melbourne CBD and in Dandenong. We specialise solely in criminal law matters, and as such can provide you with much better representation that can firms who merely dabble in criminal law. We conduct a large number of trials each year. Our firm is capable of conducting any type of criminal case whatsoever, in any court, up to and including the High Court of Australia.
