We recognise that for most people coping with the stress and demands of the criminal justice system can be a traumatic and alienating experience. Many of our clients have never been previously charged with an offence or had any knowledge of how the criminal justice system works. We know from experience that our clients and their families appreciate and benefit from a holistic approach to the conduct of their defence. We have a strong commitment to having our clients actively informed and involved in their case. If a client requires specific services to assist in their life circumstances as well as in the defence of their case, we actively obtain this assistance for them. Such circumstances may require special services such as that of Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Medical Practitioners, Drug and Alcohol counselling and other welfare services. We recognise the importance of providing a competent, robust and thorough legal representation. We commit to providing our clients with ongoing clear advice. We believe strongly in our role as defence lawyers, and zealously represent all our clients without favour or judgement. |
